As one of the oldest retirement funds in the nation and the first fund available to women, the YWCA Retirement Fund provides financial security for YWCA employees who have dedicated their lives to ending racism and advancing equality.

Despite its legacy, the Fund was struggling communicate and connect with its community, often being mistaken for a vendor. Raygun helped the Fund to reposition themselves as an integral partner of the YWCA by addressing challenges with brand-driven marketing and communications. We designed an elegant brand identity system that uplifts the Fund’s legacy and provides flexibility for growth across digital and print channels.

We continue to work with YWCARF to extend their brand and better serve YWCA chapter administrators and employees with targeted messages, educational resources, and easy to access forms and documents.
