Support Policy

Raygun provides support for our plugins and themes in the support forum only. We welcome feedback about software functionality and often add features based on user requests.

We guarantee support for our paid plugins and themes only. Support is limited to: a) ensuring that the software works as described and demonstrated on our website, and b) that the software does not cause conflicts with other themes or plugins.

Please be sure to review the software documentation, FAQs, and search the forum before posting a new support request. Please include a link to an example of the problem whenever possible. We cannot guarantee support without seeing an example of the problem.

We work hard to ensure that our software is compatible with a wide variety of WordPress environments, themes, and plugins. Unfortunately, because of the varying quality of third-party themes and plugins, we cannot guarantee that our software will work in every WordPress environment, and we are not responsible for errors caused by third-party software. In some cases, we may recommend that you modify or remove third-party software from your site if we feel it is causing a conflict.

We do not guarantee support for customization of the software, nor can we provide support for customized versions of our software. You are welcome to post questions about customization, and we encourage our users to collaborate and help each other with these issues.

We cannot provide support for general issues such as WordPress installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support for our software is limited to fully working WordPress environments, and users will need to understand basic WordPress concepts to use our software.
