Our Process

Raygun specializes in custom-made, intuitive web solutions tailored specifically to your needs.

We like to establish long-term relationships with our clients and will involve you in each step of the creative process. Here’s a look at what you can expect:

Research & Planning

We establish goals for the project and identify solutions for all aspects of your website – including content organization and migration, visual design and layout, and special features – that will best serve your audience, meet your objectives, and communicate your message.

Concept & Design

Our ideas begin to take shape as we conceptualize the look and feel of the website, select colors and fonts, and design visual mock-ups of the pages. Mock-ups are refined into final artwork through a series of collaborative revision rounds.

Development & Testing

Next, the artwork is developed into a working version of the website. We build our sites and e-commerce shops with WordPress, and provide training once development is complete so you can easily update your site without writing code. We follow the latest industry standards in website development, security, and performance.

Implementation & Growth

As we prepare for launch, Raygun will train you on how to use your new content management system to update your site. We also provide ongoing technical support, online marketing consultation, and web hosting & data backup services to help ensure the site’s long-term success.

How much do you charge?

Every project is different. The final cost will depend on the site’s specifications, technical features, and design requirements. After we iron out key details, Raygun will write a proposal that itemizes exactly what we will do for you, the cost, and timeline.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the specifics of the project and how quickly you can get back to us with feedback, approvals, and content. Generally a custom website will take about eight weeks to complete, while e-commerce websites will take longer.
